Shipping & Delivery: We ship via FED EX domestically and internationally. It generally takes 24 hours (not including weekends) to process an order before it is shipped. For FED EX Ground, please allow 4 to 7 business days from the date your package leaves our shipping department until arrival. Items shipped via FED EX Standard Overnight will arrive within 1 to 2 business days. PLEASE NOTE: Selecting Standard Overnight as the method of shipment means that we will prioritize the handling of the order and when that order is ready (which is usually within 24 hours (or 48 hours if on weekends) of receiving it), but we cannot ensure that you will receive the order the following day. Non-U.S. orders are shipped FED EX International Priority and arrive within 1-3 business days after they leave our warehouse. Bear in mind if you order on Friday or the weekend the order may not be processed until the following business day. Secure Server Issues: If you have trouble accessing our secure encrypted server, or our online shopping cart, please feel free to use the "MAIL-IN ORDER FORM" link below as an alternative. You can also try any or all of the following: clearing your browser's cache, making sure you have an ongoing "live" internet connection, using a different browser, using a different machine, or using a different internet connection (for example some Wi-Fi hotspots only allow you to receive data, but not send data out — the latter of which is a necessity in making any online purchase). Also, some installations of Netscape 4 and other older "legacy" browsers will present you with a box dialogue detailing our secure server credentials (issued by AddTrust / Comodo, Ltd.).
